The Guangzhou City Construction was incorporated under Guangzhou City Construction Investment and Guangzhou Industry Investment Fund Management jointly. Guangzhou City Construction was established on 10 Dec 2008, state owned under Guangzhou Peoples’ Government, spearheaded in financing, construction, operation and management.
